1. Reasons for sliding hook

(1) in the distribution box of tower crane, the fixed screws of the contactor's power supply inlet and outlet wires are loose, the wiring terminal board's wiring bolts are not in good contact, and the main contact of the contactor is not in good contact.

(2) poor ablation contact of the wiring bolts of the motor rotor and stator coil.

(3) high and low speed motor brake pad wear exceeds the specified requirements.

(4) transmission gear broken, fixed gear bolt loose.

(5) lack of phase protector does not work.

2. Preventive measures

(1) the driver should calm down after the occurrence of sliding hook phenomenon at work, and timely inform the signal worker to tell the ground staff to leave. Carry out the operation according to the operating rules, such as hook lifting, slewing, trolley, etc., put the weight in the no man's land.
